No questions asked Return and Exchange policy offers you the option to return and/or exchange purchased items from FabOrder.com within 10 days of receipt of items. FabOrder values our customer, quality of products and long term relationship with customer. Call us at customer care +91-9211 709291 or email us customercare@faborder.com to get return authorization on return/exchange of items.

For Returns

For returns, items purchased through faborder.com can be returned 10 days from the date of receipt of items. Buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in its original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in its original packaging. Partial returns or selected items returns possible. We respect our customers and faborder.com always believes in quality first and value of customer money and hence will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn out signs. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not have stains/torn/marks or tampered with. We recommend to use a reliable courier with appropriate tracking ids.

For Exchanges

FabOrder.com also offers exchange of products in case buyer changes his/her decision after ordering the product. We offer no questions asked exchange policy and happy to exchange the items that no longer required with equal or lesser values, however the requested items are subjected to availability of inventory. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not have stains/torn/marks or tampered with. We recommend to use a reliable courier with appropriate tracking ids.

Payment Terms

For returns, items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking full invoice amount including taxes will be paid to the respective bank/credit card account. In some cases, where payment gateway service providers charges will be withheld upto maximum of 3% of invoice amount. Please note that this amount is the charges paid to the payment gateway providers and faborder.com do not collect any fees/charges other than actual charges by payment gateway providers. For Cash on Delivery items, full amount including taxes will be credited to the account specified by buyers excluding the paid cash on delivery charges. FabOrder.com pays the cash on delivery charges to the 3rd party providers that delivers product for cash on delivery option and hence the amount cannot be paid back. Please allow atleast 7 days to a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of items at our end for credit.
