Training sounds great, but dedication is a whole different story. It’s too cold to run outside, too hot, too windy, it’s raining, you can’t afford to go to the gym, or you’re just lazy.

To help you get out of bed for the first time, Faborder put together a guide to staying healthy for lazy girls.

Turn your home into a gym
If you don’t want to leave the house, consider investing in the bare minimum of essentials to make your workouts more performable and easier, at least during the bitter cold of the dead of winter. Dumbbells, kettlebells, with a jump rope and a yoga mat, you can easily adapt to your daily exercises. You can always climb at your own pace, but the beginning is the hardest.

Speaking of cardio
A true killer cardio workout is what you enjoy the most. Cardio can be indoors, outdoors, alone, with friends or with your dog. Choose one from cycling, sprinting, jumping rope, dancing, trampoline and more, or use different days of the week to make your workout more interesting. Combine these with some strength training exercises and you should see amazing results in no time.

Find a training partner
Having friends, you can train with is a valuable asset. Also, if one of you wants to quit the session, you can motivate each other.

Don’t say no when someone asks you to go get the thing

Use your feet as much as possible. Even short walks increase your steps, which leads to increased physical activity. The next time your friend asks you to do something, do it! After all, doing something is better than doing nothing.

Create a workout playlist

Have a list of upbeat music that keeps you going all the time. If you like club jams, Workout is perfect for listening to your favorite vibes. Exercise so you don’t just look healthy, you feel good too.

So turn off all technology (except your music system) and tune your body to a special schedule just for working out.

See you soon!
